How We Use Your Information
- Monitor your registered plates against NYC parking violation databases and alert you when new tickets appear.
- Automatically generate template-based dispute letters on your behalf.
- Send email alerts when new tickets are detected.

Ticket & letter records: Dispute letters and ticket records associated with your plates are retained for the duration of your account to support re-submission and audit needs.
